Helpful and friendly staff, with an amazing breakfast featuring a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The kids’ area is impressive, equipped with the latest video games and a soft play zone—perfect for families. Housekeeping services were excellent, and the reception team was kind, professional, and always ready to assist. Highly recommended!

Good location. Walking distance to the Grand Mall is 10 -15 minutes. An interesting modern interior, complemented by mirrors, creates a good mood. The room is clean, there is a kettle and everything you need. Special thanks for the SPA. Open until 11pm! Very comfortably. Swimming pool, sauna, everything works. Special thanks for the breakfasts. Very tasty. But coffee - only from filter. Special thanks to Gio - Guest relation responsibility. Found out our requests and help us with the warming the room. The air conditioner was switched to hot! It was a nice after raining day and wet shoes.

This time we had a family vacation: the staff provided a bed for the child, a chair for feeding, heated up food for the child in restaurant , a great playroom for the child, a spa for my wife and a gym for me😋 it is very convenient that the hotel has a grocery store, we will continue to visit only this hotel in the future! Special thanks to the manager Giorgi for instantly resolving any issues and to all the other staff for their responsiveness, smiles and customer focus🙏

Spacy room with two isolated bedrooms, table for four, and many small things that make the living feel comfortable. Always clean. City view is ok. Swimming pool is good. There’s a free parking area near the entrance. Tursa supermarket is a nice place, we loved shopping there.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Swimming pool and spa was also nice. There was a big supermarket next door where you could buy all the necessities.

The room was fabulous. We have been upgraded to family suite, it is like a small apartment, very clean , perfect 2 king size bad , great bathroom with good shower facilities, reception was very communicable and pleasant. There is a playroom for kids with many attractions and also spa , pool and fitness center has a new equipment.

We had a rest at the end of October. We liked everything very much - the room, the gym, the sauna, a good pool, a good location. The price-quality was more than satisfactory! I do not even plan to consider other options in the future! Special thanks to managers Giorgio and Nino in matters of accommodation, pleasant communication, assistance and navigation around the hotel!

Good and new rooms, very comfortable bed, fitness center, welcome fruits:), close to the airport. Good hotel if compared to other hotels in Batumi.

Location is good, you can find almost everything nearby, has a grocery store , entertainment center for kids within the property and lastly nice swimming pool. The rooms are nice and clean and overall it was a very good stay.

All the interior looks new, smart tv , nice shower, long bed, the hotel staff is friendly, the location is good, takes me like 15-20 min to get to the beach and a supermarket next to the hotel , has a well equipped gym and a nice pool . I added a picture of the hotel from outside The hotel is perfect 👍🏻
